Chris Calabrese is the Vice President for Policy at the Center for Democracy & Technology (CDT) where he oversees CDT’s policy portfolio. Chris has long been an advocate for privacy protections, internet openness, limits on government surveillance and fostering the responsible use of new technologies. He previously served as legislative counsel at the American Civil Liberties Union, helping to lead several national ACLU campaigns on privacy. He is a graduate of Harvard University and holds a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center.
